PRAGUE CONFERENCE on International Child Removal in Council of Europe Member States – in a Nutshell

14 10 03 EUPSIThis is the logo of the Institute of Law and Forensic Science sponsoring the Conference at the Charles University in Prague.

Since many conference presenters mentioned how hard it is to fight an institution, we hope that the academic institution of a small country will be more successful than our various efforts across Europe who came together – thanks to Dr Marica Pirosikova, Agent of the Government of the Slovak Republic before the ECHR and Erik Bihary of the European Institute of Law and Forensic Science.

Support included Czech MPs, Ministers and the Mayor who offered the historic town hall as the opening venue.

That’s where the tone was set with the film produced by two Slovak film makers about the two Boor boys who were returned after 920 days in captivity: Not without out My Children.

Slide9Slide10As a first step, a Scientific Committee will take things forward and we are waiting for the recordings made. Meanwhile, here are my slides and the full programme as published before.

What was new for me was:

  1. that the Nordic Committee for Human Rights – driven by the legal profession in Sweden – has embraced the issue of fake child protection for 18 years already and is thus even more motivated and experienced in the problem as a whole and the challenges of getting children returned; the cruelty with which Social Workers claim that separating a child from its parents is “in its best interest” went as far as a 7-year-old girl lying down in a street, hoping that a bus would end her life;
  2. that spiritual communities have been invaded to have 40 (in Germany) or even 100 (in the US) children removed with police force;
  3. that the traumatisation of the separation between child and parents, especially mother, is virtually irreparable: while everybody cites the Boor case as a victory, which it is in political and legal terms, the older boy is still far from having his speech impediment healed, besides wetting his bed; the obnoxious things the foster parents expected him to do is only gradually coming out;
  4. that there are concerned lawyers – also at the European Court in Strasbourg – who are watching the trend and need our support to STOP it!

PS. The ‘red banana’ on slide 3 is the father’s penis that his son was given as the only food when he vomited from the ejaculation. The boy had to be operated at 2 months because his anus was injured…

Here’s the programme to illustrate the fantastic level of expertise:

    May God be with you who are fighting for our children , my two boys have been abducted by social workers in Sweden Sala on 2014/11/14saying that we beaten them until the blood came out and they wrote that my husband is not the biological father for the first boy. Police did investigation and took our two boys to hospital but they never found anything. Police decided to drop the case but social workers refused to release the children. We went to förlvaltning court but they stand for social workers !! On 25/1/2014 our two boys refused to go with them when they were at our house then the foster care pushed my first boy out, but the second boy climbed his bed, then the social worker phoned his chef but the chef said he should continue to talk to him! Our son refused to go out and social worker called polices! Police came and they said there is nothing they can because the court took the decision that children should stay to foster care! A women police went in the room and social worker lifted our boy and they went. Since in December our second boy have suffered he suppose to see his doctor for the teeth but social worker refused to take him to the clinic, they even wrote to us that we will never seen them. We took 6 months without meeting with our children and we even said it in kammarratten that we do not see our children but still court decided for them we started seeing our children in July / 2015 and social worker refused the kids to come and see us at home, we use to meet with them in the office for social workers, and to lekpark . One day our second son he was crying and he pushed the social worker and tell her that he does not want to go the foster care he said he want to live with mom and Dady. My husband spoken to him and tell him that one day you will be with us and he accepted to go . We were with our lawyer for nkmr and she appealed to high court but court rejected our case!!! Social workers in Sala punished my second son and they removed him in Dagis where he use to learn and they removed also our first boy to his vallaskolan and they transferred them to an other city in västerås without our agreement . Our second boy stayed 5 months without going to school.when we asked him he said it is because he want to stay with us.!!!!High court said we have to restart the case? What kind of injustice is in Sweden . We restarted the case and went back to the court in November /2015 we found that jugde said he want to devide us but our lawyer and us we refused he said that they have a confident document which said that my husband is not the father this document is from migration! We told him we have birth certificates for our children and we have a paper from migration which they gave to us when we read about stepfather which shows that our first born is a son for my husband and we told him that we got married in Botswana after having the first baby. Even if you want we will do check up. Social workers in Sala changed the statement and wrote that children are not happy with us and they are afraid of us!! I took a video when the kids came home how happy they were, and how they are saying that they want to stay home. But we received a decision from the court which said that children should remain with foster care. We are really feel pain to see how we are been taken as slave in this country , we are asking our lawyer for nkmr to be strong and he can take the case to European court. Please help us to get our children back!!!
